Since 2006, I have been building more than just athletes—I've been building leaders.
As the Head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant, I lead the player development pillar. I provide specialized mentorship for centers and power forwards, focusing on tactical understanding and the mental toughness required for high-level competition. We emphasize a "Growth Mindset," teaching our athletes that resilience on the court translates directly to resilience in life.
In 2006, I co-founded SF Champions to give San Francisco youth a platform to excel. For nearly two decades, I have directed daily workouts and mentored the next generation of coaches. My goal is to help every athlete improve their basketball IQ and understand the discipline required to reach elite goals.
